There are two paths here depending on if you have a partner, or if you are a direct customer. Please click the link that applies to you.

Direct Customer
Please login and click on the Subscription section on the left.
If you are a direct customer, then you will be presented with the subscription plans available. Your currently activated subscription will have a blue border like below.
Be aware that if you change your plan, then you are re-starting your subscription term. Please be sure that you are also aware of the terms and conditions.
If you change your plan, then you will be asked to enter in your credit card details.
The additional activation credits will be issued once the transaction is complete.
I Have A Partner
Please login and click on the 'Get Tokens' section on the left.
If you are with a partner, then you will be presented with the following screen. This screen will show you previous purchases as well as allow you to make a new purchase. Click on 'Get Tokens' to proceed.
Be sure to read the terms of the purchase, provide a PO number to speed up this process, and enter in the number of tokens you wish to acquire.
Once the form is completed and you click 'Buy Tokens', then your partner will be notified of your request and authorize accordingly. The purchasing terms are between you and your partner. If you did not provide a PO, then your partner will reach out to your billing manager with a quote and get authorization.
Once the purchase has been authorized, then you will see your new tokens in the portal. You may need to refresh your browser window.
