Your customers are able to make the purchase of tokens. These requests are sent to the billing email on the partner account, so that the billing for your customer is between you and the customer. Tokens are used to keep track of how many users we activate the Microsoft Phone System for.
Note: This activation fee is decided by you, and has nothing to do with Microsoft. You are charging a service to your customer which allows them to enable users to dial from Microsoft Teams. This would normally have to be done via scripting by your support staff, but the Trifecta Teams self-service portal allows the customer to do this on their own.
When the customer makes a purchase, they are going to the screen below.
The customer gets a terms and conditions box when they click 'Get Tokens'.
After the customer makes the request, then you should receive an email similar to below.
Once you click the link, you will need to login to your partner portal with your Microsoft email credentials.
Go to the 'Credit Request' section and Accept the customer's request once you've billed the customer.
