Recently we have come across a interesting design flaw in Office 365. We have added our company directory to the Office 365 admin section or via Powershell, but they are not showing in our Trifecta Teams portal.
The interesting thing is that is if we login to admin.teams.microsoft.com we see our users, BUT if we actually run our Powershell commands to view them, they are not there.

We see the same users shown in the Teams Admin area
Though, if we actually check the Teams Powershell (the end-all-be-all) we see
This is because Microsoft does not actually add your users to the Skype Online phone system until you give them a Microsoft license (as you can see below)
Give your user any Microsoft Office 365 license and the user will show in the Trifecta Teams portal at your next login, or sync.
